ABALONE SEA SAUCE

Our Abalone Sea Sauce uses our same great recipe since it's creation in 1992. With a powerful and bold umami flavour, our Sea Sauce is a delightful finish to any dish. It's power is such that it reduces the need to use salt.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Use one teaspoon of Abalone Sea Sauce in any dish or meal (seafood, meat, poultry, vegetable, salad or soup), to achieve real flavour and as a salt replacement.

INGREDIENTS:

Abalone Extract 61% (Mollusc), Sugar, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Maize), Salt, Thickener (1422, 407), Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancer (635), Acidity Regulator (330).

CONTAINS: Mollusc.

SCALLOP SEA SAUCE

Our Scallop Sea Sauce is a bold Sea Sauce that brings out the flavour of scallop, giving seafood dishes a fresher taste. Like all our Sea Sauces it reduces the need to use salt and is a perfect and natural enhancement to any meal.

Use one teaspoon of Scallop Sea Sauce in any dish or meal (seafood, meat, poultry, vegetable, salad or soup), to achieve real flavour and as a salt replacement.

Scallop Extract 60% (Mollusc), Water, Sugar, Salt, Thickener (1422, 1440, 407), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (635), Acidity Regulator (330).

Colour and flavour may vary slightly due to natural seasonal changes, and this is a demonstration of its authenticity.

How to Use:

EVERYDAY COOKING - Add one teaspoon of any of our Sea Sauces to any cooking, dish or meal to deliver real flavour and umami.

STIR FRY - Stir fry one teaspoon of any of our Sea Sauces with any seafood, poultry, meat or vegetables.

BBQ - Lightly baste any seafood, meat or poultry with any of our Sea Sauces.

SOUP - Add a little of any of our Sea Sauces to boost the flavour of any soup.

PASTA & NOODLES - Add a little of any of our Sea Sauces with olive oil and pan fry.

SALADS - Our Sea Sauces can be added to any salad dressing (such as French or Italian Dressing) to enhance the flavour.
